We used Empire Today quite a few years ago in our old home. So when we bought my Dad’s house, we needed to carpet the entire house (the carpet was 23 years old). We called Empire Today and carpeted the living room, the stairs, three bedrooms, the hallway, and closets/walk-in closets. The job was professional and we are going to have them come back to do our dining room and basement soon.
We also had Empire Today install a bath tub liner and the job was excellent. It totally transformed our bathroom with no clean up on our part. Very professional. We actually have another appointment to get a quote on a shower liner for a different bathroom in our house.

We are glad we hired Empire to install our shower liner. The installer who installed the liner was very professional and worked very hard to get the job done in one day. He was polite, and didn’t mind taking the time to explain any questions that we had. The liner is very nice, and we will use them again when the need is there. Thanks.

The salesperson was extremely pleasant and helpful. When the salesman came to our in-home appointment, he was not just a salesman, he was a master plumber, answered all our questions in depth, and made good suggestions for our bathroom needs. He scheduled our job and the installers were on-time, clean, proficient, and courteous. We love our new bath liner and shower. It has updated our bath and works beautifully. We had two small problems (needing a grab bar that was accidentally omitted, and a question about our price.) Both of these were handled by the office to our complete satisfaction. They went the extra mile to make our Empire experience a great one. We would highly recommend EMPIRE TODAY and fully intend on using them again for our next home project.

We’ve all seen the before and after photos of the bath makeover…but mine left me speechless. In 6 hours I was wowed. The installer arrived on time, installed and cleaned up. I didn’t peek during the installation. I was only sorry I waited so long. Now I can have company over again!

My mom loves our new shower. She told me that she feels safe in there. It is so nice that she can shower whenever she wants - even if we are not home. The shower is beautiful, the installers did a great job, and they cleaned up well.

I was dreading updating my home, but Empire Today made the total experience wonderful. I can’t speak highly enough of my sales rep. My bathrooms look gorgeous! Thank you all! I called Empire on a Thursday and they had a rep out on Saturday. She was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I got a call on Monday that everything was in stock and by Tuesday my bathroom was done. They converted my bath into a shower, gave me new shower doors, a window kit, removed old tile and made my bath and shower like new.
I could not be happier with my experience. They were so nice and very clean. They made my very first remodeling task as a new home owner easy, fun and affordable. THANK YOU!

What a superb experience we received with Empire Today when we called for a Bath and Shower Liner. My husband was leery because he is a contractor; however he is very pleased with our bath and shower liner. It looks great - what an improvement in our bathroom.
I would also like to commend Empire Today regarding the customer service we received. I am a Quality Analyst for a large company so I am always grading companies on their customer service in my mind. Empire Today was so good that I use them as an example of exceeding customer expectations in a presentation that I deliver for my company - top notch for sure.
