Enjoy Professionally Installed Empire Today Bath and Shower Liners
On Saturday, your sales rep came to my home to give me an in-home estimate on bath and shower liners and he was an absolute joy to work with. You should be proud to have a gentleman with his professionalism and knowledge on your team. I signed two contracts with him that day, one to install a tub liner and the other a shower liner. The following Monday, I received a telephone call from one of your representatives welcoming me to the Empire Today family and informing me that someone would contact me with a starting date for the work to be performed.
The next day, I received a telephone call from another representative, who again was very polite, informing me that the installations were scheduled for approximately 8:30 a.m. Monday and Tuesday. I made arrangements with a friend to be at my home at 8:00 a.m. because I had an early meeting. My friend called me at my office at approximately 8:35 a.m. to advise me that your installer arrived earlier and had a couple of questions before beginning the installation. Being the professional that he is, he made a couple of suggestions for some minor changes in a way that I could understand without being at the house. At lunch time, I went home to meet your installer and sign the necessary paperwork and I was greeted by a young man who was hard at work. When I returned home from work late that afternoon, my bathroom was complete and beautiful.
On Tuesday morning, your installer was stuck in traffic. He telephone early to let me know that he would be a few moments late, which I truly appreciated. Again, I went home at lunch time spoke with him and signed the necessary papers. On Tuesday evening my shower was installed and again, I was very pleased.
The clean-up was almost impeccable; I literally had very little work to do after he was finished. Since having the work done, I have shared pictures with friends, co-workers and family members. All have been quite impressed with the workmanship and speed of the installations. I have praised your sales rep and installers’ work and professionalism and referred your company to those individuals. One co-worker has already called for an in-home estimate.
I am very pleased with your company. I have two beautiful new bathrooms, the workmanship is great; and the installers were absolutely fantastic to work with. I had an excellent experience!
