The salesperson was extremely pleasant and helpful. When the salesman came to our in-home appointment, he was not just a salesman, he was a master plumber, answered all our questions in depth, and made good suggestions for our bathroom needs. He scheduled our job and the installers were on-time, clean, proficient, and courteous. We love our new bath liner and shower. It has updated our bath and works beautifully. We had two small problems (needing a grab bar that was accidentally omitted, and a question about our price.) Both of these were handled by the office to our complete satisfaction. They went the extra mile to make our Empire experience a great one. We would highly recommend EMPIRE TODAY and fully intend on using them again for our next home project.
