We had a shower liner installed and I would like to give special thanks to our installer. He was professional proficient and very personable. It was a pleasure having him in our home, he did a wonderful job and cleaned up completely after the job. Many thanks to Empire!

Your installers did an excellent job installing new panels, new fixtures and a tub liner for my guest bathroom. It looks fantastic and it’s hard to believe it’s not a complete remodel of the bathroom. They were courteous and also covered everything so my carpet and walls adjacent to the bathroom were not damaged.

I am amazed and thrilled with the entire process of getting my new tub and shower lining. My consultant answered my questions before I even asked them, or at times, even thought of them! It all seemed too good to be true. My installers were absolutely wonderful. They were quiet, considerate, non-intrusive, very instructional and clean!! When they left 7 hours later, my bathroom looked brand new with no clean up left for me to do. I can’t wait to get them back for flooring and I’m telling everyone who will listen that in this day and age, there really are still deals to be had out there and people who are interested in service and return business. A+ Thank you.

I made the best phone call of 2009 when I called Empire Today! A new bath tub and liner was installed in our very unusual bathroom in February. Now I wish I had taken pictures before this beautiful transformation took place. What a difference! We formerly had shower doors nestled in a bulkhead ceiling which made the bathroom appear smaller than it was. It was also so dingy and rusted. The old caulk was applied sloppily and I was totally embarrassed by the whole room. The installer who did the job did an excellent job. He was very professional and friendly and it was a pleasure to have him in our home. The bulkhead was removed, which opened up the whole space, and a shower pole replaced the antiquated doors. The walls are now so clean and shiny. The caulk was applied very neatly and complemented the new fixtures so beautifully. The installer made me a very happy woman! I hope this story I’m sharing will result in an Empire Today employee award or bonus because he is certainly an asset to your company. My bathroom has a brand new personality and I can’t wait to entertain guests to show it off! Thank you so much Empire Today!!!

Empire Today recently installed one of the newest styles of bath/shower liners they provide. It was one of the smoothest installations we have ever had. The installers were extremely professional, asked our input on any questions they had and installed a beautiful bath/shower liner that looks like we had a complete makeover. The sales person who originally came in to discuss options with us was polite, professional and knowledgeable. In comparison to the other competitor companies, the money we saved was substantial.

I cannot say enough about our Empire Today Experience. Our sales rep, was simply fantastic! We liked him so much we had him come back the next day and made him breakfast! The installers arrived on time and did an unbelievable job on our bathroom floor, the tile around the fireplace and installing our new bath liner. We highly recommend Empire Today. I am very pleased with the whole experience we had with Empire from our sales representative to our installers. The bathtub liner and shower were installed as promised, on time, at our convenience, and with minimal mess. They cleaned up inside and outside the house before leaving without having to be asked.
We absolutely recommend Empire and would not hesitate to use them again ourselves. They delivered everything they promised. They even gave us a courtesy call to let us know they were 20 minutes away. They answered all our questions and we did not feel like we had “strangers” in our home.
