Our new Tub/Shower liner is absolutely fabulous! Your plumber worked from sun-up to sun-down to finish the job to perfection! When it was completed, I was amazed at the results – it is far better than I imagined! Your installer is one hard working man, and I was happy to send him on his way with a meatball sandwich for having toiled away the day in our antiquated bathroom – not anymore!
Thank you for providing such a valuable service and top-notch results. You certainly follow through on everything you promise! I look forward to many years of nice relaxing baths in my beautiful tub!

We are very satisfied with our Empire experience. The salesman didn’t pressure us and thoroughly answered all of our questions. The installers showed up right on time and were friendly and respectful of the house. The bathliner and tub looks better than the pictures the salesman showed us. On Saturday, your sales rep came to my home to give me an in-home estimate on bath and shower liners and he was an absolute joy to work with. You should be proud to have a gentleman with his professionalism and knowledge on your team. I signed two contracts with him that day, one to install a tub liner and the other a shower liner. The following Monday, I received a telephone call from one of your representatives welcoming me to the Empire Today family and informing me that someone would contact me with a starting date for the work to be performed.
The next day, I received a telephone call from another representative, who again was very polite, informing me that the installations were scheduled for approximately 8:30 a.m. Monday and Tuesday. I made arrangements with a friend to be at my home at 8:00 a.m. because I had an early meeting. My friend called me at my office at approximately 8:35 a.m. to advise me that your installer arrived earlier and had a couple of questions before beginning the installation. Being the professional that he is, he made a couple of suggestions for some minor changes in a way that I could understand without being at the house. At lunch time, I went home to meet your installer and sign the necessary paperwork and I was greeted by a young man who was hard at work. When I returned home from work late that afternoon, my bathroom was complete and beautiful.
On Tuesday morning, your installer was stuck in traffic. He telephone early to let me know that he would be a few moments late, which I truly appreciated. Again, I went home at lunch time spoke with him and signed the necessary papers. On Tuesday evening my shower was installed and again, I was very pleased.
The clean-up was almost impeccable; I literally had very little work to do after he was finished. Since having the work done, I have shared pictures with friends, co-workers and family members. All have been quite impressed with the workmanship and speed of the installations. I have praised your sales rep and installers’ work and professionalism and referred your company to those individuals. One co-worker has already called for an in-home estimate.
I am very pleased with your company. I have two beautiful new bathrooms, the workmanship is great; and the installers were absolutely fantastic to work with. I had an excellent experience!

Wow! I am so pleased with my new shower, bath liners, and sliding glass shower enclosure. I was extremely pleased to have a professional come to my home and actually rebuild a new shower above my existing bathtub. He finished the job in one day. He actually worked with me and listened to my suggestions. We were both pleased with the final job. The next week I had a laminate floor installed in that same bathroom and that put the finishing touch to the entire room. I had had estimates in the past from individual plumbers and tile contractors and none compared with the professionalism and price that I received with Empire Today. Thank you.

We recently used Empire Today for the second time and once again we were quite pleased with the results. Two years ago, we had carpet installed throughout our home. My bathroom looks absolutely beautiful! The salesman was very professional and even matched the pricing of a competitor. The guys doing the work were very efficient and completely cleaned up after themselves leaving my new bathroom spotless. The workmanship is top rate. The turnaround time was awesome; the whole process only took a couple of days. I am so glad I went with Empire, not the competitor, for the quicker turnaround and much better product.

We used Empire Today quite a few years ago in our old home. So when we bought my Dad’s house, we needed to carpet the entire house (the carpet was 23 years old). We called Empire Today and carpeted the living room, the stairs, three bedrooms, the hallway, and closets/walk-in closets. The job was professional and we are going to have them come back to do our dining room and basement soon.
We also had Empire Today install a bath tub liner and the job was excellent. It totally transformed our bathroom with no clean up on our part. Very professional. We actually have another appointment to get a quote on a shower liner for a different bathroom in our house.
